Ask and you will receive

ask and you will receive

“Ask, and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you”

– Matthew 7:7

Our God loves it when you ask more from Him. Remember the Son of Man came to earth to serve not to be served. The Lord is here to serve you for He is full of what you need. He is like a well that never dries up.

God is always waiting for you to ask from Him. God loves it when you ask Him. Do you need peace in your life? Ask Him for peace. Do you need a miracle? Ask Him for a miracle. It gives immense pleasure when you seek Him in a humble manner. So have faith in Him. Because through Him only we can find peace and joy that will lighten our heart and guide us in the time of need.

Our enemy will try to deceive us to think that we are not worthy of his blessings. But it is a lie to keep us away from his blessings. He knows that when we ask our God we will receive our blessings and filled with joy. So do not give in to the will of our enemy.

So, whenever you feel down or lost hope in your life, do not be afraid to ask Him. For if you ask you will receive.

Jan 04 -Daily devotion

Praise the Lord saints of the most High God. Today’s scripture reading is from Mathew 6: 25-34; Proverbs 3:5-6; Phil 4:6

This year you will not worry about anything but you will cast all your cares unto the Lord for He cares for you. You will not be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God. God cares for the birds in the air who neither sow nor reap, yet our Heavenly Father feeds them. You are much more valuable and precious in His sight and He has already provided everything for you even before a need can arise. Just like the ram was kept for Abraham even before he made his way to the top of the mount. He couldn’t see it because it had to be provided at the right time, similarly what you need will be given to you at the right time just  learn to trust him fully and lean not on your own understanding. In everything you do acknowledge the Lord and He will direct your path. Right now, He is making a way for you and He will direct your footsteps according to his word. God bless you.

Jan 03 -Daily devotion

Praise the Lord people of the most high God. Today’s scripture is from Mathew 28:18-20; Mark 16: 14-20

God has great work for us in this new year. He says the harvest is plenty but the labourers are few. He wants us to be fishers of men. Jesus said”Go therefore and make disciples of all nations baptising them in the name of the Father son and the Holy Spirit teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you and lo I am with you always even to the end of age”. Amen. This year is a year of a big catch. Let us take all the opportunities that we have to spread His light and to make Jesus known to  many. Let us fulfil God’s great commission by seeking the kingdom of God and its righteousness and all other things shall be added unto you. While you go out doing what God commanded you to do through His word, you will be accompanied by signs and wonders. God bless you.

Dec 27 -Daily devotion

Praise the Lord saints of the most high God. Today’s scripture reading is from Matthew 5:14 -16 & Matthew 9:37-38

In this season of celebrating the birth of our saviour Jesus Christ. Let us shine our light by giving Jesus as the most precious gift to many who do not know him by our love and our actions. “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp-stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your father in heaven”. The harvest is plenty but the labourers are few. Let us go out into the world and share the good news and prepare for His coming.Share the light.God bless you.

Dec 06 -Daily devotion

Praise the Lord children of the most High God. Today’s scripture reading is Mathew 4:4; Job 23:12 & Joshua 1:8.

Read the word of God regularly and meditate on His word day and night. Let not these words depart from your mouth. Observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will  make your way prosperous and then you will have good success. The word of God is powerful than a double edged sword. It can go to places where you cant go. And shift things and make way and room that you cannot. That’s why Jesus quoted the scripture “Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. You and I cannot live by bread alone we need the word of God Job said “I have not departed from the commandments  of His lips. I have treasured the words of His mouth. More than my necessary food”. Let us treasure the word of God and let’s declare His word with boldness. God bless you.

Oct 08 – Daily Devotion

Praise the Lord, Children of the Most High God. Today’s scripture is from Mark 4:35-36 & Matthew 16:24

God has given us a word that we have crossed over to the other side in this 10th month. From sickness to good health; from sorrow and pain to Joy; from struggles to free flow; from anxiety and worry to peace. Every time they try to show up on this side, you will remind them that I have gained victory over you. The other side is completely a new level. Soak yourself in prayer, praise and His presence. In this level you will have new devils I mean challenges, but you will speak to the challenge and say He has given me victory over every situation and circumstances. Put God first in your life. Desire to extend His kingdom and serve him. Be in tune with the Holy Spirit and receive direction. Walk by faith and not by sight. Everything you need is already there. Give thanks to the Lord  and you will receive. The days of hard labour have ended.  You are in  a time of sweatless labour and free flow. God bless you
