Audio Sermon
Dear Beloved,
Hope you all are staying safe and growing strong in the presence of God. He is a good Father. He loves us with an everlasting love. He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:32). Continue trusting in Him and hold onto Him.
Today we shall meditate on the WORD of GOD. The Word of God means many things in the Bible. In the book of John we see that the Word is God. (John 1:1-16). In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The Word became flesh to dwell with us. God loved us so much that he tabernacled with us in Jesus Christ.
In the beginning, God created everything through his Word (Genesis 1). God brings into existence the things that are not by his Word. Let us also speak and believe the Word of God to create new things in our life. The Word of God can make things happen, but only if you believe it and speak it. The Word of God has the power to turn situations around.
The Word of God is powerful and active:
In Hebrews 4:12 we see that the Word of God is active and powerful and penetrate the bones, the soul and the marrow. It can penetrate into any stubborn heart and change it into a heart of flesh. As you continue to believe and speak the Word of God, the Word of God can change every situation, every thought and attitude and circumstance. Heaven and Earth may pass away but the Word of God shall not return void. It shall not fail but surely come to pass. (Matthew 24:35, Isaiah 40:8).
Obedience to the Word of God:
For the Word of God to work in our lives, we must also obey the Word of God. Look how Elijah obeyed to the Word of God and went to Zarephath (1 Kings 17:7-16). But see how obedience brought a supernatural miracle and deliverance. We must be quick to obey the Word of God (Luke 11:28).
Word gives Direction:
The Word is lamp to your feet and light to your path (Psalms 119:105). Jesus is the light of the World. He is the Word of God.
Approved of the Word of God and be its ambassador:
Be a witness and ambassador of the Word of God. Speak the Word of Truth and be God’s vessel to bring many to the Light (2 Tim 2:15, Psalms 119:9).
Word of God will never fail:
God is faithful to fulfill his Word. (Isaiah 40:8) God’s word will never fail but shall surely come to pass. Beloved God is faithful to fulfill all that he has spoken in your life. He who has called you and promised you is Faithful!Ever Faithful! (1 Thessalonians 5:24). He cannot deny himself. Trust in Him and be of good cheer. God bless you. Amen!
