01 Apr 2023 Sermon – I am about to do something new

Audio Sermon

Dear beloved,

You are under open Heavens

You need God more than anything in this life.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart     and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,     and he will make your paths straight

If you walk in the right path and take the right steps, the whole household will get to where God wants to.

Stick with Him, stay with Him. Be IN HIM

Isaiah 43:18-19

“But forget all that—     it is nothing compared to what I am going to do.
19 For I am about to do something new.     See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness.     I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

You have to see what God wants you to see by His word.

God created you to be successful and prosperous.

Jeremiah 1:12

12 And the Lord said, “That’s right, and it means that I am watching,[c] and I will certainly carry out all my plans.”

You are under open heavens.

1st criteria – Being obedient

Ezekiel 1:1

In my thirtieth year, in the fourth month on the fifth day, while I was among the exiles by the Kebar River, the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.

Deuteronomy 28:12

The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. 13 The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. 14 Do not turn aside from any of the commands I give you today, to the right or to the left, following other gods and serving them.

Malachi 3:10-12

10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not drop their fruit before it is ripe,” says the Lord Almighty. 12 “Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land,” says the Lord Almighty.

23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.
