Praise the Lord children of the most high God. Today’s scripture reading is from 2 Cor 10:3-6 & John 8:32

The word of God is the truth . It is full of life and it is spirit filled. The enemy just wants to get to your faith, steal, kill it or destroy it. Your faith is built on Gods word. Your faith is growing as you continue to read and meditate on Gods word. Jesus said you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. The enemy will always try to manipulate Gods word like he did to Eve in the garden because she was not so sure of what God Had spoken. When Gods speak to us, we meditate on His spoken and written word day and night. For  our weapons of warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. The word of God is a powerful weapon to wage war against satan. Through the word of God, you can silence battles in your mind. You can bring every thought, imagination against God into captivity to the obedience  of Christ. You can silence every lie through the truth that is the word of God. Every negative thought, we bring it under the subjection of the word of God. You take authority over situations and circumstances using the word of God. When you pray you use the word of God e.g., it is written or your word says, O Lord! that by your stripes, I am healed. You took all my transgressions on the Cross. You sent your word and healed all my diseases. Let not your prayer be empty words but let it be filled with Gods word and let your faith believe that I have prayed and so it is settled in heaven. Amen.

Praise the Lord people of the most high God. Scripture reading is from 2 Cor 4:16-18 & Prov 24:10

At this moment, what ever you are going through is only a temporary in convenience. If it is your finances ,family problems, brokenness, sorrow or sickness they are all subject to change as you continue to pray in faith  holding on to your promise. The word of God says, therefore we do not lose heart. Though our outward man is perishing ,yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. The things we are going through in life are making us stronger in our faith. They are light affliction compared to what Jesus suffered for us on the cross. They are temporary so don’t go by what you are looking at as they will change. For we walk by faith and not by sight. Everything that is creating fear, making you anxious or upset has to change. But we imagine or picturise the things that are unseen because what is unseen is permanent and eternal. Let there be a shift in your mind. God bless you.

Praise the Lord children of the most high God. Scripture reading for today is Ephesians 1:4; John 15:16; Acts 9:15-16

You are chosen by God. He chose you and me before the foundations of the earth, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love. He says in John 15:16 you did not chose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and your fruit should remain that whatever you ask the father in my name, He shall give you. You have been chosen to bear  fruit and to shine your light where ever you are. To work in your Father’s kingdom to expand , extend it and to promote it. You are a chosen vessel to bring glory, honour and praise to His name. You cannot kick against the goads. Surrender to His will completely and live for Him. Desire him more and more. You are His possession and your life is in His hands. Make a commitment today – Lord, I am all yours. USE ME. God bless you.

Oct 19 – Daily Devotion

Praise the Lord people of the most high God. Scripture reading  Job 23:12 & Psalms 119:9-11 & 15.

God wants us to treasure his word and commandments in our heart. In the book of Job, Job proclaims: I have not departed from the commandment of  His lips. I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food. Let the word of God be food for our soul. Let us desire to study the word of God , meditate on it  more and more and desire it more than the food we eat. Jesus said man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Let us delight in His word. Let the word of God cleanse us by taking heed to it. Let us wander not from his commandments. Let the word of God be hidden in our heart and it will keep us  away from sin. So when the storms of life hits, its the word of God that will speak for you. Out of your heart shall come out -God’s word which is your shield and sword against every lie of the devil and silence him.The word of God will raise up a standard. You will say it is written and speak to; your body; your marriage; your career; your finances; your children and to every situation and circumstance in Jesus name! The word of God gives you victory. Declare it and it shall be established. God bless you.

Oct 18 – Daily Devotion

Praise the Lord saints of the most high God. Scripture reading for today is  Luke 10-2; John 4:34-38

Jesus said his food is to do the will of His father and to finish His work. Jesus was so focused to accomplish  what He was sent to do. This morning let us also be focused on what we have been called to do. The word of God says, the harvest is plenty but the labourers are few. We are the labourers in His vineyard. Let us focus on extending and expanding the kingdom of God. Let us labour in his kingdom by preaching and testifying the word of God too many. What ever you do in His kingdom you will be rewarded. In Luke 18:28-30,  Peter said we left all things and followed you. Jesus said that there is no one who has left house or parents or brothers or wife or children for the sake of the kingdom of God who shall not receive  many times more in this present time and in the age to come eternal life. Today God is talking to you. You left these things or people for me.Your reward  shall be great. Where ever you are, you are there for a reason. Do the work of God. Seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. God bless you.

20 OCT 2018 – You are a chosen vessel

God says I am pouring into you to pour out. You are my chosen vessel. In the book of Acts 9:15-16, the apostle Paul was God’s chosen vessel to bear his name before Gentiles, Kings and children of Israel.

You are the Potter, we are the Clay

God spoke on the great things Paul must suffer for His name’s sake. 2 Tim 2:21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

So seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all things shall be added unto you.  For more on the sermon please listen to the audio podcast below…
